Shipping Info
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship all orders in up to 3 business days of receiving your order. On average most domestic orders take 3-5 business days for delivery.
What shipping method do you use?
We use UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS.
Return Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, just e-mail us using our contact form for a return / exchange authorization within 7 Days from time of delivery.
Please include the following in your request: First and last name used on original order, Email address. Order number, Shipping Address and include the reason for your return / exchange. Once authorized, we will issue you a return / exchange number and mailing instructions.
All Items to be exchanged or returned for refund must be returned within
7 days from time of authorization. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Authorized Refund items returned more than 7 days after the authorization will be in the form of a credit, redeemable on your next purchase or may not be accepted. Clearance / Closeout items are not included in this return policy and are non-refundable.
***All items that are to be returned or exchanged must be in their original shape, unworn, free of defect and in the original packing that was sent to you.
EXCHANGES: Any of our items can be exchanged for a different size whether they are on sale or not. Customer will pay for the cost of shipping the item back to the Supplier AND will be required to prepay for shipping of the new item back to the customer that is wanted in place of the item that is being exchanged. Replacements will only be made after the returned item is received by the Supplier.
**Please be sure and see our size charts before finalizing your purchase to ensure you have chosen the correct size.
RETURNS:
There is a 20% Restocking Fee on all Items returned for a Payment Refund.The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Refunds authorized for items returned within 7 days of the return authorization will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds authorized for items returned more than 7 days after the return authorization will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. Please remember that you must first e-mail us using our contact form for a return authorization number.
RETURNS DUE TO DEFECTS:
Please inspect all merchandise upon receiving and report any discrepancies, defects or shortages to The Leather Dungeon Immediately. DO NOT DISCARD damaged cartons as they may be held for inspection purposes. If you receive a damaged package by UPS, FedEx or USPS, please write “Damaged Carton” on all delivery receipts before signing.
The Leather Dungeon reserves the right to determine the nature of any defects discrepancies of all return merchandise. Any Credits or Replacements will only be made after returns have been received and inspected by The Supplier.
BACK ORDERS: All back orders will be shipped within 45 to 60 days unless otherwise advised by the customer for any cancellations. Please advise your sales representative if you wish to cancel backorders automatically.
